Features

RECEIVER: Heavy welded steel, with gauge glass and support leg mounted on steel base.

PUMPS: Double suction, peripheral, regenerative, turbine type pumps, bronze fitted, with double outboard ball bearings and stainless steel shaft. All pumps are constructed with leakless mechanical shaft seals.

MOTORS: Nationally recognized manufacturer, operating at 1750 RPM, in standard NEMA frame sizes.

FLOAT CONTROL: Enclosed automatic float switch with adjustable float travel and copper float furnished for each motor. On duplex units, an alternating float switch assembly may be substituted for the two standard float switches. This alternating float switch automatically alternates the cycle of operation of the two pumps and provides for simultaneous operation of both pumps when required by the condensate in-flow.

STARTERS: Single phase motors, 3/4 H.P. and smaller, have built-in thermal overload protective devices. Single phase motors, 1 H.P. and above, and all 3 phase motors, are furnished with magnetic starters which are mounted and wired at the factory, providing overload and undervoltage protection for the motors.

SINGLE UNIT: Consists of receiver, gauge glass, one pump and motor unit (plus magnetic starter if required); all mounted on integral base with pump suction piping complete, including strainer in pump suction line.

DUPLEX UNIT: Consists of receiver, gauge glass, two pump and motor units (plus magnetic starters if required); all mounted on integral base with pump suction piping complete, including strainer in each pump suction line.
